I was getting a stable 60fps+ in full screen before I took a hiatus, and I would like to have that back. I can only play in borderless windowed, but that eats up extra resources and makes the game very choppy in crowded areas. I was planning on returning to FFXIV after a long break, but found out that I'm now unable to play on full screen when using DirectX 9.0c.
